To promote the welfare of Chicago neighborhoods in which we lie and work including, but not limited to fundraising and promotional events, raise awareness and distribute funds to local institutions such as to/for schools and educational causes and programs, community groups, libraries, hospitals, public service and public servant’s groups (ie teachers, police and firefighters and their supporters), the arts, parks, sports and recreation for people and pets, clubs, fraternal organizations, religious organizations, and real estate trade related organizations such as builders, realtors, architecture and design professionals and their trades groups and such other groups and causes (excluding political parties) which in our reasonable judgment from the foundations, cornerstones and fabric of the local Chicago neighborhoods to which we wish to support and reward good stewardship.
